Terms and Conditions – Little Wings Entertainment 2024 Agreement

By proceeding with our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you (the client) and us, Wild Mums Co Pty Ltd ACN 663 373 537 trading as ‘Little Wings Entertainment’ (we, us, Little Wings Entertainment or the Entertainer).

Travelling Fees

Travelling fees apply based on distance from Croydon. This will be applied at checkout.

Payment

Full payment is required upon booking via our online booking system or via bank transfer to our nominated bank account.

Public Liability Insurance

All Little Wings Entertainers hold their own Public Liability Insurance with BizCover.

Liability Statement: Whilst all of our face paints are cosmetic grade, hypoallergenic, and FDA approved, the Entertainer is NOT responsible for any allergic reaction. If the child suffers from allergic reactions, they should not participate or have the entertainer carry out a patch test at the beginning.

While we do sterilize all brushes, paints and sponges between parties, we will refuse to paint over any cuts, cold sores, conjunctivitis, chicken pox, or anything that may be contagious, to avoid spreading to other guests.

While the Entertainer will take reasonable care, the Client will be held responsible for cost of repairing any damaged property, including costumes of the Entertainer, caused by pets or guests.

Cancellation Policy

In the event the client wishes to cancel the party, 50% of the monies will be refunded if the client gives written notice, within 10 days of the scheduled event.

Any cancellation notice given in less than 10 days, the client hereby declares that all monies shall be forfeited.

What you (the client) needs to provide

You will need to provide a safe sheltered area, free from sun, strong winds, rain etc. for OHS reasons.

You will need to provide a medium sized table, and two chairs OR a bar table and one bar stool for face painting.

Everything else regarding the entertainment is provided by Little Wings Entertainment.

Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is displaying dangerous behaviour. Such as intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities, etc.

The Entertainer will notify the client in this case, and if it is not rectified, the Entertainer may leave the function without refunding monies.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change.

Assignment

You agree that we may assign, novate or otherwise deal with this agreement or any right under it by providing written notice to you.

You must not, and must not purport to, assign, novate or otherwise deal with this Agreement or any right under it, without the prior written consent of Little Wings Entertainment.
